WikSynth is built for readers who want clear story guides. You are welcome to read, share links, and quote short excerpts with credit, but the original guide writing and visual treatments should not be copied into another site or product.

Original WikSynth material

WikSynth summaries, ending explanations, reader notes, comparison sections, guide labels, related-work reasons, page structure, and original title-card visuals are original WikSynth material unless a page says otherwise. They may not be scraped, republished, rewritten in bulk, or used to build a competing catalog without permission.

Source-backed facts

Facts such as titles, publication dates, runtime, directors, authors, story order, and adaptation relationships come from public sources and are shown with attribution where relevant. Those facts are not owned by WikSynth, but the way WikSynth selects, explains, arranges, and presents them is original editorial work.

Linking is welcome

You may link to WikSynth pages, share page URLs, and quote brief excerpts with a clear link back to the original page. Do not copy full pages, bulk export the catalog, remove attribution, or present WikSynth writing as your own.

Images and third-party licenses

Some pages include reusable images from Wikimedia Commons or other public sources. Those files remain under their own licenses and credits. If you want to reuse an image, follow the source file license rather than treating WikSynth as the image owner. Original WikSynth title-card visuals and layouts should not be copied as a visual system for another site.

Automated access and scraping

Search engines may crawl the public site according to the robots policy. Bulk scraping, automated copying, high-volume harvesting, and attempts to mirror the site are not allowed. If you need permission for research, licensing, or a partnership, contact WikSynth first.

Corrections and concerns

If you believe a page uses a source incorrectly, misses an attribution, or includes material that should be changed, send the page URL and the concern. WikSynth reviews correction and attribution requests in good faith.
